Ore matching is programming and managing the quality of the ore, in order to improve the uniformity and the stability of the quality of the ore. It is an extremely universal problem in raw material mining department or processing department. Its goal is using each link of mining crafts, mixing different grade of the ore designedly, and urging the quality of the ore to achieve uniformity and stabilization. This paper had a research on the ore matching system basing on the existing problem of the limestone ore matching system of Ling village. The main content had following several aspects: (1) Based on widely consulting the domestic or foreign materials and investigation and study of the present research situation of the ore matching, it summarized the mathematical model of the ore matching optimization system and the present main method of ore matching. This work laid the foundation of the study on the Yan Feng limestone ore matching system. (2) Studying on the dynamical equilibrium of the ore matching. This paper had dynamic and systemic analysis on the ecology of the ore quality existing in ore matching of the mine. Taking the substance stream of the ore producing as the master line and the relevant control of working procedure teaches as hinge, it established dynamical equilibrium model of the ore matching and constructed the essential basic mathematical model. (3) Establishing the ore body model, the loss impoverishment dynamic model and the ore matching optimization model. Using the artificial intelligence mapping simulation principle, the three-dimensional space dynamic search theory, the ascending containing principle when selecting ore body, and the ore body selecting principle in opening-closing environment as well as the different grade ore merger theory and way in the exploding fragment section, it built the modeling theory which constructed the ore body model of the limestone mine of Yan Feng and established ore body model conforms to the actual mine. According to the output characteristic, the production condition and the market condition of limestone resource of Yan Feng ,it had a optimized research on stripping method and production project and established the ore matching optimization model of the mine,. (4) Utilizing the genetic algorithms to solve optimization goal. Using the logical condition and the multi-objectives decision-making method and introducing the genetic algorithms in computing the optimization goal, we will obtain the best dynamic production project and corresponding production target of limestone mine of Yan Feng. (5) The research on the quality control of the ore matching. Controlling the quality of the ore from the microcosmic perspective, on the foundation of discussing the former grade examination method of the mine, it proposed an examination method for accurate evaluation of ore block quality. We had made the essential pretreatment to the related information of each blasting muckpile and judged whether it could have output. If it could, we need to control the quality and cut-off grade of the blasting muckpile and have a research on the ore mass balancing of the overlapping of the multi-blasting muck pile and multi-sidestep. And we also established the related quality evaluation and the control model.
