| Under a certain circumstance, it is significant for a surface lubricity slag-kiln crust to greatly delay the corrosion of the lined bricks, prolong its service life and reduce the production cost of zinc oxide (ZnO).In this paper, based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of the different layers which form the slag-kiln crust and lined bricks, structure, chemical component and hung mechanism of the slag-kiln crust and corrosionforms of the volatilization kiln lined bricks were systemically studied. Meanwhile, combining with increasing the volatilization ratio of metal, the optimum technical conditions for achieving the slag-kiln crust hung were given, whose effects were further verified. The practical results show that under such conditions as choosing suitable refractory, 100 mm thick lined bricks, controlling zinc leaching residue water ratio about 13% and coke ratio between 50% and 60%, ensuring stable feeding and kiln condition stabilization, gas temperature off kiln between 550℃ and 750℃, keeping well minus press after kiln, compress air pressure before kiln and water poured out of kiln, both protective effect of slag-kiln crust and high volatilization ratio of metal can be achieved, which effectively prolong service life of the lined bricks. |
