As the most important part of the spaceship and rocket, the rocket engine affects the range and the height of the flight, also the accuracy. Temperature is the critical parameter of the engine manufacture in all of the three important processes, which are combination, vulcanization and molding. Based on the study of the equipment which used in the engine manufacture, this thesis presents a predigested thermodynamic model, and discuss one kind of adaptive PID control algorithm which is applied in a practical system. First of all this paper discuss the thermoanalysis of the equipment, analyses the thermodynamic model. And then get the transfer function and calculate the important parameters of the system, analyses the effect of the disturbance from outside and the coupling of MIMO(multiple input multiple output) system. At last presents the adaptive PID control algorithm and applied it into a practical system. HMI-PLC and IPC are used to apply this algorithm on the temperature control system of a powder manufacturer and set up an SCADA control system on which the FIX is used. The automatic control system has been used for almost one year, both the test data and the result of the product showed that the process can achieve better performance and meet the technical need with the temperature control system applied.
