The problems of rock pressure and wall rock control in full mechanized working face go with the whole process of underground mining, and it also involved in the important problems of mining work security and the economic benefit of coal mine enterprise. With the gradually cognition of rock pressure distribution laws of full mechanized coal face, the control of wall rock in coal stope has developed greatly, but the accidents of roof and support account for higher proportion in work face accidents. There are many factors that affect the working face to support system reliability, these factors not only include the mechanics character of geology and wall rock, but also include support model, support parameters and production parameters and so on, which is of randomicity, ambiguity and uncertainty. This thesis bases on the relation of wall rock pressure and hydraulic support holding power, regard the support and the wall rock as one system. Through study support system of full mechanized working face and its characters, analysis the main factor that affect support system reliability. Adopt project system reliability analysis method, establishing limit state equation; putting forward the calculation method of full mechanized working face support system reliability. Make use of BP artificial neural network method, establish calculation model on reliability of hydraulic support and mining technology parameter, confirm the relation between roof pressure and advance velocity, mining height and coal seam geology condition, and forecast its support system reliability. Combining the reality of several full mechanized top-coal caving working face in Fuxin Mining Corporation, the author carry on checking calculation.
