A hardware design plan for CNC system, which uses the popular ARM processor as core parts, is put forward in this thesis. On this foundation, the hardware structure is preliminarily completed, and primary task of primary parts are subdivided.Based on the known C type cutter offset, control formula that can be used for program is deduced, and control method for C type cutter offset is achieved by programming. Accuracy after cutter offset is extremely increased. Considering shortcoming of back accelerate/decelerate in practice machining, this paper discusses more complex preceding accelerate/decelerate algorithm, and develops Line accelerate/decelerate and S accelerate/decelerate control algorithm. These methods effectively increase machining efficiency, control accuracy and avoid flexible impact.Using preceding accelerate/decelerate control method, this paper research line interpolation and circular arc interpolation, major analyzes different circular arc interpolation algorithm, puts forward a new method for spanning quadrant, and contrastable analyzes the locus error. Thread machining is lucubrated at one time. This method puts forward a new method for thread retracting and thread connecting, and develops homologous control program. The practice machining proves the feasibility of the scheme.
