The present research was directed against how to deal with Coker Gatch Oil (CGO) effectively when the output of CGO was largely increased every year after rebuilding the coker gatch equipment of JinXi Petrochemical Branch Company. JinXi Petrochemical Branch Company Academe developed CGO cracking technics combining with the demand of this company. Consequently, the CGO was used and the character of raw metrical, operating conditions and the production distribution of the catalytic cracking process were effectively improved, letting the catalyst escaped from poisoning. This research emphasizes theories analysis on various infection of CGO thermal cracking process condition, discussing chemical composition, structure under various operating conditions effectively, sequentially provided important basic data for optimal process condition. When CGO was treated under optimal condition, the investigate result indicated that the productivity of gasoline and diesels oil, ripper gas and total rate were 24.2%,5% and 53.3% respectively, the produced coke rate was decreased to 5.5%, achieving the technical requirement of this company.
