By experiments thebest wood fire-retardant treatment method was found, and theimpregnation craft parameter of fire-retardant for samples was confirmed,so we offer some basic data for applying wood fire-retardant treatmentinto practice.The innovation of research applied microwave-treated technology andultrasonic radiation technology into wood dealt with fire-retardant. Theuse of microwave heat-treated improved the soaking property of wood,and the utilization of ultrasonic strengthened soaking performance offire-retardant. We have put forward the new technological route to solvethe problem existing in producing the fire-retardant wood of Liaoningpetrochemical science and technology developing companyThe main results are as follows:1.The soaking at atmosphere treated by microwave, the at some soakingpressure and the pressurized soaking under ultrasonic wave after treatedby microwave all can be used. Consider kinds of factors synthetically, thepressurized soaking under ultrasonic wave after treated by microwave isbetter for Liaoning petrochemical science and technology developingcompany.2.The treatment by microwave improving the permeability of wood,especially more obvious to the Manchurian Ash. The microwave canmake the steam pressure in the wood cell increase, then cause it breakand form pass-way in which fire-retardant can easily pass, so thehorizontal and vertical permeability of wood are all improved largely.After the Manchurian Ash treated by microwave, most hole membranebreak and tylosis in wooden-ray cell reduced.3.The Manchurian Ash samples are treated under the condition withtop-grade microwave intensity and heat time 2 min. The MongolianScotch Pine samples are treated under the condition with top-grademicrowave intensity and heat time 1.5 min.4.Using ultrasound method lonely cannot get good purpose in theManchurian Ash and the Mongolian Scotch Pine samples.5.The vertical depth of fire-retardant soaking is greater than horizontaldepth. The soaking property is better by direction along parallel axle, sowood end face can be easily soaked and the fire-retardant liquid soakedpoorly along horizontal axle direction. |
