| Closely connecting with the National Nature Science sponsored subject, with theaid of the science of piezoelectric material, flexure hinge theory, computer controltechnology, This dissertation deals with a kind of single piezoelectric translatormicro-feeding system, which use the flexure hinges as the preload mechanism. Thestudy focuses on the key technologies of the dynamic model, static and dynamiccharacteristics. The following creative work has been completed. â–¡The structure characteristics and working principle of a micro-feeding tool holderis presented in design. The micro-feeding tool holder driven by piezoelectrictranslator, preloaded by flexure hinges . With the aid of the finite element method,the structural parameter of the flexure hinges have been optimized. â–¡The static and dynamic characteristics of the micro-feeding tool holder have beenanalysed through the finite element method. The static stiffness,oscillation mode . â–¡Simplifying the micro-feeding tool holder into a single degree of freedomspring-damping system,the dynamic model of it has been established, and the steprespond of the system has been studied. â–¡Study the displacement, static and dynamic characteristics of the micro-feedingtool holder in the experiments.The achievement stated in this dissertation is important for utilization micro-feeding tool holder and improving the precision of the lathe machine. |
