The autoleveller is a self-adjusting equipment to control yarn thickness unevenness, and it efficiently enhances the quality of yarn and fabric. The research of autolevel begins in 60s of last century, with the improvement of automatic level, based on inhere theory and function, the control technology and realization means has greatly improved, and the autoleveller has become very important in the function of spinning in modern times.It is difficult to establish the precise and practically mathematical model of autoleveller, because of the complicated of the traction mechanism of high-speed drawing frame. And it is more difficult to autolevel adjust, because of the changeful of work circumstance and parameters. Because of these reasons, even if import autoleveller used in short segment adopts open-loop control. From the point of view of control theory, the autoleveller is an invariable value control system with the trait of strong noise and great time-delay. The most important reason of close-loop autolevel effect badly of short segment is lack ofeffective control algorithm.Based on the in-depth study of short segment autoleveller system of high speed draw frame, this paper innovative bring forward new modeling scheme of autoleveller system. It is different from open-loop control, close-loop control and mix-loop control introduced in anciently paper. The scheme of this paper is setting up united CARIMA model including all measurability. And introduce the new algorithm variable structure general predictive control into the system and establish its close-loop control system.
