The combustion machine of the rotatory kiln is one of the most important parts for firing cement. It provides heat for the whole cement rotatory kiln system. Only fine combustion machine can ensure that the fuel feeding to the kiln system will distribute equally, building fire in time, combusting entirely and providing sufficient heat according to the requirement as well as forming a reasonable temperature field and condition schedule. So the rotatory kiln system can run safely with high quality, high efficiency, low cost and satisfy the requirement of environmental protection. As there are complicated physical and chemical process like multiphase flow, combustion, fuel decomposing etc. in the system of combustion machine, in-depth study for the performance of the combustion machine is significant to reduce the cost of firing cement, increase the production capability of the cement factory and improve the development of cement industry.With the rapid development of the technology of computer hard ware and software, the numerical simulation technology based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) develops quickly and increasingly becomes matured. Due to being proved truly by the high precise numerical forecasts of flow, heat transference, combustion, chemical reaction, multiphase flow in many engineering practices in high technology industry such as aviation spaceflight etc, the numerical simulation increasingly becomes popularized and adopted in many other engineering industries.This paper emphasized in studying the distributing condition of the internal flow field with the 4-channel coal power combustion machine under the circumstances of cold mold condition. It also analyzed influence to the distributing cold model field by different structures of wind pipe with coal spraying pipe, and analyzed distributing condition of refluence area under different cold model conditions, trying to find the rule of the distributing condition so to achieve the goal of guiding the improvement of combustion machine structure. Moreover, numerical simulation can solve the expense problem of actual experiment. The advantage of the adaptation for alterable factors can overcome the limitation of cold model experiment and exert its advantages. With the development of computers, numerical simulation technology is widely applied in the industry. In the paper, 3 dimensional designing software Solidworks is used for generating the model and CFD simulation software FLUENT is used for the simulation of the combustion machine. Through comparing with the simulation results, the relations of the distribution with the flow field and relevant influence condition are obtained and the theoretic basis is provided for the successive multiphase flow and combustion condition.
