In recent years, the ecology relationship between the pesticide and the soil microorganism is becoming a hot spot in the studies of polluted ecology. The pesticide was produced for specific pest, but in fact it is not exist. On the one hand pesticide is very important to the improvement of crop output; on the other hand, it caused serious environment pollution and improved the studies of the safety of pesticide and its ecology effects. PCP has been listed as a proliferated pollutant by many countries as a poisonous organic halide. PCP-Na has been widely used as bactericides,herbicide,sanitization,pesticide and the antisepsis of wood and leather, the killing of whorl etc.The residue in the environment caused serious contamination. So the research about the ecology relation between the pcp and soil microorganism is important to understand metabolism, transference and biodegradation of pcp.We researched the effect of pcp to soil microorganism in two sides.First,we used traditional plate culture method to study the effect of pcp for cultured microorganism.Through the test we can get that PCP has great effect on the quantity of soil microorganism.The number of bacteria increased quickly and lasted for a long time when the concentration of pep is l00mg·Kg-1, 200mg·Kg-1, 500 mg·Kg-1 .The number of bacteria increased at first,then decreased,at last is lower than the CK when the concentration of PCP is 1000 mg·Kg-1. When the concentration of PCP is 100 mg ? Kg-1, 200 mg ? Kg-1,it stimulated the growth of actinomycetes a little. The growth of actinomycetes was significantly inhibited when the concentration of PCP is 500 mg·Kg-1, 100 mg·Kg-1.The number of actinomycetes is far lower than CK. The number of fungi is lower than CK at all concentration though the number of it growing as the time passed.It indicated that PCP has strong toxicity on soil fungi.Soil enzyme is the most active component of soil,along with the soil microorganism...
