According to a power plant units of 300MW wet flue gas desulphurization engineering ,this paper proposed several representative heat recovery methods for the clean gas that afterdesulphurization(rotating type GGH,heat pipe type GGH,steam reheater,cooling tower withflue gas injection).The thermal calculation model of exchanger based on LMTD method isestablished and the model selection design is carried on. According to the design parameter, atechnical comparison for exchangers is carried on;based on principles of cost-benefit analysisand dynamic calculation method, the economic evaluation and comparison for the exchangersis put up. After techno-economic analysis, it is found that heat pipe type GGH is not onlytechnically sound but also the investment and operational costs are relatively large economicadvantages, especially, separate type heat pipe GGH can be arranged flexibly according to theground, the questions that the area is too large and the manufacture is too difficult of theinteger type heat pipe GGH are resolved. It is a reasonable heat recovery method for the cleangas to this engineering.
