Recently, Much attention has been put on the polymer/organic compound particles nanocomposites owing to it excellent properties. In this thesis, a viridescent, clean and applied grafter (PP-g-GMA-St) of glucidyl methylacrylate (GMA) and styrene (St) onto polypropylene initiated by DCP, was prepared and further used in the preparation PP/organic compound particles nanocomposites by the melt mixing in twin rollers. At the same time, PP/PP-g-GMA-St/montmorillonite was compared with PP/PP-g-MAH/montmorillonite nanocomposite in many aspects. The results showed PP-g-MAH can be replaced PP-g-GMA-St basically in the industrial production of polypropylene/montmorillonite nanomaterial. Additionly, different proportional MMT-CaCO3 was prepared by synchronous way, and then, PP/grafter/MMT-CaCO3 nanocomposite also was prepared by melting mixtion. Finally, its capability was studied and the industrialized outlook of this MMT-CaC03 compound particle also was discussed. This thesis was composed of three parts:1. Nano CaCO3 particle and MMT-CaCO3 compound particle were prepared by surfactant and micro emulsions way. the structure and shape of nanoparticles were investigated by XRD, TEM and DSC instruments, and the result showed that nano CaCO3 particle and MMT-CaCO3 compound particle have a smaller diameter and better dispersal in matrix by micro emulsions way.2. PP-g-GMA-St and PP-g-MAH were prepared by reactive extrusion, and PP/grafter/O-MMT also was prepared by melt mixtion. Finally ,XRD, TEM and DSC instruments were also used to investigate the structure and crystallization behavior of nanocomposites, and intercalated nanocomposites of PP/grafter/O-MMT. The results showed PP-g-MAH can be replaced PP-g-GMA-St basically in the industrial production of polypropylene/montmorillonite nanomaterial.3.
