Flow injection analysis is a high-efficiency analytical means founded by Danish chemists Ruzicka and Hansen in 1975.It is applied widely at present According to the separation capacity of membrane, taking it as the on-line pre-treatment for flow injection, and developing an allied technology, which is used effectively in environmental detection. This thesis includes three parts chiefly. The developing conditions of environmental detection, the principles of flow injection and membrane separation, research condition, and developing trend of these subjects are introduced in part one. How to analyze ammonia in water by this means is discussed in part two, including principles, means, courses, the optimization of experimental conditions and effects. The same ways are adopted in part three to discuss a simple and effective means to measure the volatile hydroxybenzene in water and some improvements to FIA system. Conclusions and expectation are made at last.
