| Wastewater pollution in papermaking industry is being hot spots in social and pollution prevention field, zero discharge is the goal of the development in papermaking industry. To achieve zero discharge, papermaking industry must abandon past high-consumption and high-input production modes, establish new water patterns, actively promote cleaner production and apply wastewater treatment process to track sustainable development path.Compared with pulp and papermaking by using foliage fibres, non-deinking regenerated papermaking mills have the characteristic of lower water and drainage, low-grade pollution and easily achieving zero discharge. Based on the actuality of regenerated papermaking enterprises' cleaner production and wastewater treatment process in domestic and foreign mills, according to the theory of cleaner production, four measures are proposed to achieve zero discharge through experimental research on certain papermaking enterprises about one year. The measures include:(1) Cleaner Production was an effective way to achieve zero discharge of wastewater. Based on the analysis of the production and environmental protection and the development of Cleaner Production Audit in the experimental paper mill, the chance and potential in material resources, internal management, process equipment transformation, comprehensive utilization of waste is sought for, And also the implement of clean production schemes is pointed out to decrease pollutant discharge from headstream and reduced the cost and difficulty in the end processing of wastewater.(2) Comprehensive utilization of white water was an important part of the zero discharge in recycled papermaking mills. Through researching the pulp and waterequation, indicated enhance the utilizing rate of white water could decrease the fibres loss, improve the mill's economic profits and effectively reduce the cost and burden in the "end-treatment".(3) Wastewater treatment process was critical for cycle of wastewater. This paper studied the experimental paper mill using anaerobic-aerobic portfolio process to disposal papermaking wastewater, indicated this methodology could effectively remove the wastewater pollutants such as COD, SS, water quality met closed cycle demand. The wastewater treatment project's processing equipment and processes was simple, easy to operate, low-cost, the methodology will embody its engineering values when applied in medium and small-sized papermaking enterprises to achieve zero wastewater discharge;(4) Recycling and reusing of waste was an important measure in cleaning production process. The long fibres removed from wastewater treatment process could be used to the paper manufacturing process as raw materials to paper;Anaerobic reactor generated methane could be collected as energy use; These measures have brought about significant economic benefits for the enterprise, while reducing environmental pollution. |
