Water pollution is a very significant aspect of global environment pollution. And pharmacy wastewater is the important constituent of industrial water pollution. This paper discusses the present status of antibiotic production wastewater treatment. According to these features and data analysis, this paper chooses dissolved-air flotation (DAF) technology, biological anaerobic technology and aerobic technology. To achieve the objective of biological treatment of antibiotic production wastewater, a technology combined by DAF, anaerobic table-flap reactor and SBR is adopted.Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) sets a series of vertical baffles so that the wastewater moves up and down along the baffles. The wastewater passes sludge beds in every room until the exit. And in this process the organism is contacted with anaerobic activated sludge totally so to be removed. As for SBR system, fill, react, settle, decant and idle operations act in sequence in a single reactor. Anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic and anaerobic environment is formed alternately. In different stages, specific microorganism decomposes different organism. And organism can be removed through nitration and denitration processes, so do nitrogen and phosphor.Through the treatment technology above, the concentration of COD can be reduced from 3200mg/l to 100mg/l, and BOD, from1500 mg/1 to 20 mg/1. So that the disposed water can reach the first degree of national wastewater discharge standard.
