The population, the resources and the environment question intensifies day by day forthe human influence, from this the land use changes has been paid attention. Many peopleand little land is our country's fundamental realities, The reasonable use of land resourcerelates to the sustainable development of social economy. For the influence of Longkou coalmining, a part of the plain area of northeast has been subsided in Longkou city, forms a largescope of subsidence land. Subsidence is the most primary factor to restrict sustainabledevelopment of the mining area. It is not only destructing land resource, but also causing aseries of ecological environment question, then possibly induces the social and economicproblem.Based on the above questions, this article used Digital remote sensing images in TM/ETM+ of 1989year, 1995year, 2000year and QuickBird in 2004 year to monitor and analysesland use changes. Through establishing land use transferring matrix and the mathematicalmodel to analyses the dynamic change and the driving influence of the land use, it makes thepeople correctly understand and deal with the relation of economy development between theland resource protection, and to propose land reclamation measures. This is scientificinstruction function for reasonable land use and reclamation in Longkou city. Main researchcontents and research results originally in the article are as follows:(1) Through statistical analysis of spectrum information to series of remote sensingimages, choose the best plan for synthesizing remote sensing images, and uses the spectrumrecognition mode and surveillance classification method to classify land use type. And revisethe result in support of GIS technology in order to gain high accurate land use classificationresult.(2) This article uses characteristic of pixel value, texture, and elevation information,Through establishment of 3D visualization model in research areas, to carry on 3Dvisualization spatial analysis and digital terrain analysis understanding the surface destroysand surface migration deeply. In addition through digital terrain analysis, do some researchon slope graduation and change.(3)On base of classification of land use type, using the GIS technology to analyses landuse classified data, obtain land use transferring matrix and analyses the rule of dynamicchange of land use. This article analyses the process of dynamic changes of land use insubsided areas of Longkou mainly from three aspects, such as quantitative change, thespatial variation and the land use degree. The result indicated that the change speed of landuse in coal mining areas is rapider than the level of longkou from 1989 to 2004, the changesubsided land is the rapidest, the yearly average rate of change was 15.46%;land utilizationdegree is high and it's rate of change R=-0.0104 < 0, Land use is in the adjustment time. Thisarticle are also discussed the influence on the ecological security and analysis main drivinginfluential factors from nature and society.(4) This article appraises the feasible factor for reclamation. For the soil nutrient has notthe change a lot, it is still suitable for many kinds of crops' growth. Reclamation should baseon nature condition, such as degree of subsidence and actual landform. Then propose thereclamation pattern combined by the engineering and biological measure and analyses thecomprehensive benefit of land reclamation.
