Research On Supervision Of Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities Of Service Areas In Freeway During Construction Phase

In recent years, the freeway has been developing rapidly in our country. While the freeway brings society, economic benefits to people, it brings adverse influence to the environment. People's understanding of environmental questions of the freeway is strengthened gradually. The impact to environment embodies in two phases, one is construction phase; the other is operation phase. The problem of domestic sewage discharge in service areas during operation phase has aroused people's attention extensively. According to the policy of environmental protection of construction projects, i.e., the installations for the prevention of pollution and other hazards to the public should be designed, built and put into operation at the same time as the main project, the freeway should build sewage treatment facilities, sewage should be discharged for meeting the standards or recycled after dealing with. But construction of domestic sewage treatment facilities in service areas has many problems, for example, construction and construction supervision have no criterion to follow. It only can be carried on according to building construction supervision, so that discharge water quality can't meet the requirement of design and environmental protection and causes pollution to the environment. So it is necessary to must carry out stringent and canonical environment supervision to the construction of domestic sewage treatment facilities in service areas.Above all, the thesis defines, confirms the contents and divides the stages of environment supervision. Divide the domestic sewage treatment facilities into subentry project, branch project and unit project. The environmental supervision of domestic sewage treatment facilities includes three parts: quality supervision, pace supervision and expense supervision. It is divided into three stages: preparatory phase, construction phase, handing over and defective liability phase.The thesis studies quality supervision of construction phase especially. The contents mainly include the following several respects: raw materials supervision, structure main-body supervision, idiographic structure supervision, pipeline installation and joint point supervision, equipment installation supervision and qualityassessment. The research method is to aim at different construction crafts and processes, form a set of comparatively canonical supervision procedures, confirm supervision outlines,examination items,examination frequency and allowable deviation, form a set of operable and practicable tables, and confirm the criteria for quality assessment. It stipulates the ascertain principle of allowable deviation of examination items and the weighted-value determination principle of examination items in quality assessment.Preparatory phase and handing over and defective liability phase are similar to general project supervision, the thesis has brought forward environmental protection examination outlines.General project supervision can be consulted and supplemented for pace supervision and expenses supervision, it adds contents of environmental protection and afforestation.
