| Lactic acid was produced by fermentation, during which there produced many wastewater containing a great deal of organism with good biologization which are mainly composed of carbon - water compound and its outcome, and with high concentration of salt from cleaning equipment. This paper studies on the effect of the techniques of sequencing batch reactor on the degradation effect of the organism according to lactic acid wastewater with high concentration of organism, low pH as well as its variety of the salt. In the laboratory the effect factors such as the temperature of the wastewater, COD of the entering water, the concentration of activated sludge, pH, the manner of inlet water and so on were given emphasis on; The best working procedure was probed into by orthodox experiment; And it was also investigated how the abio-salt affected the degree of the organism degradation and the performance of the activated sludge. It was shown firstly when the temperature ranged from 16°C to 30°C and the concentration of the activated sludge was about 3000mg/L, the efficiency of the organism degradation were above 90%; Secondly when the activated sludge was undomesticated, the pH of the entering water was controlled with a value of 4.5 so as to economize the dosage of alkali which were used to adjust the pH of the wastewater, After it was domesticated, the treatment ability of the activated sludge to the acid wastewater was enhanced; Thirdly the best working procedure was that after entering water, anaerobic time, milling time, aerobic time, sedimentation time and retention time were 11k 1.51k 51k 11k 0.5h respectively; Fourthly undomesticated activated sludge had some enduring capacity on NaCl, Na2SO4 with the utmost concentration of 4.5g/L, 7.0g/L, and the harm to the system of NaCl exceeded that of Na2SO4; Lastly entering some municipal wastewater can improve the effect of the out water and activated sludge performance. |
