Among substance of making atmospheric pollution, SO2 of flue gas is one of the most important pollutant substances. The acidic areas which is created by SO2 is increasing, So it is imperative to implement flue gas desulphurization. In recent years, index of control on gas disposal of pollutants have been becoming stricter in our country, but at present, there are still some questions on applying flue gas desulphurization technology which suites to industry uses to dispose SO2 discharged by small-scale boilerIn this respect, there are certain advantages in electrochemical desulphurization technology which is being studied at preliminary stage in our country is not very ripe.In addition, present electrochemical flue gas desulphurization technical research is mainly concentrated on indirect oxidizing but less on direct oxidizing, on the other hand, the new-type electrochemical technology which is represented by three-dimensional electrode technology is still at blank stage. Through the study on three-dimensional electrode flue gas desulphurization, its feasibility is expected to prove. At first, the three dimensional electrochemical preliminary experimental study of desulphurization of electrode will be carried on, including studying the desulphurization result with electrolytic or not, and with electrode packing or not, then compare the desulphurization result of the three-dimensional electrode system of more different electrode packing, and select the best electrode packing, active charcoal fibre.On the basis of testing above , use active charcoal fibre as the electrode packing of the three-dimensional electrode further, study the desulphurization result under different experimental conditions, and analyse various kinds of experimental facts impacts on result of, then find out the best operating mode condition.Experimental study shows: (l)The electric chemical reaction can promote SO2 absorbability in the acid absorption liquid . (2)The three-dimensional electrode system can improve the result of absorbing of SO2, and the electrode packing can not only improve the air-liquid transporting interfaces during the course of absorbing SO2, can increase the effective area of response of the electric chemical reaction, andcan greatly shorten the distance which the electric charge and moves . (3)The active charcoal fibre is a kind of good three-dimensional electrode packing medium. (4)The active charcoal fibre has certain adsorption to the acid radical ion in the solution. (5)Electrolytic voltage of the response , the density of the electrolyte solution , the height of the packing and the influent density of SO2 have greater influence on desulphurization result. (6)Under the best operating mode condition, flue gas desulphurization efficiency can be up 80%, which proves that the three-dimensional electrode system has better desulphurization performance.
