With the development of economy and environment, especially the partition of acid rain controlling and SO2 controlling area, actions must be take to prevent SO2 let out into atmosphere quickly. Power plant is one of the most coal-fired consumers, it is also one of the greatest SO2 man-made emission sources. Power plant flue gas desulfurization is a very efficient measure to control SO2 contamination. Presentlv, what restrict the development of FGD in power plant is desulfurization system needs high investment and account for large areas. To some old power plants, desulfurization area is much more evident. Now power plant use electrostatics precipitators (ESP) widely, making wide use of ESP and studying the technology of ESP and desulfurization integrated technics is a kind of technology worth researching.Experiment research and theory study are combined in this test investigation. Some impact desulfurization efficiency factors are studied in a single stage ESP thermal state simulating dust removal and desulfurization experiment system in lab, and the reference data are provided for the future industrial application.The experiment result show that desulfurization efficiency declined with the increase of flue gas flux and SO2 inlet concentration; desulfurization efficiency added with the enhance of Ca/S molar ratio, flue gas humidity, the moisture content of calcium sorbent, desulfurization efficiency also increased after adding activated vapor, superinducing additive (FA), inflicting applied voltage.
