Solid phase microextraction(SPME) is an innovative, solvent free technology that is fast, economical, versatile and easy to automate, so SPME has gained wide spread acceptance as the technique of preference for many applications. With the development of SPME, SPME-HPLC has turned into one of many directions in the technique of SPME developing, Unlike SPME-GC, SPME coupled with HPLC need a HPLC interface that realized the desorption of analytical components. This paper study A rapid determination method for trace microcystins, DEHP and bisphenol-A in aqueous solution by SPME coupled with HPLC, the fiber coat of SPME maken and designing the simple equipment of SPME.1. A rapid determination method for trace bisphenol-A in leachate by solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The experimental condition of SPME, such as selecting operation solid phase microextraction fibers. pH, extraction time, extraction temperature, desorption time, desorption solution mode and the analytical conditions of HPLC were optimized. As compared to the graph that was produced by only HPLC, The graph by only HPLC couldn't analyse bisphenol-A and Compared to the results of three solid phase microextraction fibers. The linear range was from 0.0128mg/L~ 0.192mg/L in the methold, the correlative coefficient was 0.9975.The detection limit was 3.25μg/L(3σ, n=11), and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 8.5%,the method was used for the determination of trace bisphenol-A in leachate of Qingshan landfill and leachate of Liufang landfill. The recoveries were from 94.5 to 103.3%, this method is fast, convenient, sensitive, solvent free, and suitable for the determination of trace bisphenol-A in leachate.2. A rapid determination method for trace DEHP in aqueous solution by solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. In this experiment, the extraction effects of three solid phase microextraction fibers (PDMS, PDMS/DVB ,CWX/DVB) were compared, and the result is that PDMS/DVB has the best effect on determination for trace DEHP. The variables affecting in SPME-HPLC were optimized. Such as extraction time, desorptiontime, pH. The linear range was from 0.62 mg/L~ 15.60 mg/L in that method, and the correlative coefficient was 0.9991. The detection limit was 0.06 mg/L (3cr, n= 11), and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.3%. The method was used for the determination of trace DEHP in leachate of Qingshan landfill and leachate of Liufang landfill and distilled water in plastic tub. The recoveries were from 89.9 to 101.3%. This method is fast, convenient, sensitive, solvent free, and suitable for the determination of trace DEPH in aqueous solution.3.Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the formation, molecule structure, harmfulness and significance for the study on microcystins. Secondly, in our experiments, we compared the extraction capability of methanol, ethnol, water and 5% acetic and studied pH effect on extraction. The resulds indicated that 80% methanol aqueous solution (pH=6.0) is the best solvent for extraction of both standard of MC-LR and MC-RR. Finally, we analysed determinated methods of microcystins in extraction of methanol , the solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) would play a more important role in the determination ofmicrocystins.lt raised 500 times as compared to the graph that was produced by only the HPLC.4. Making the SPME fiber coat was studied in the use of electroplate and conglutinate coat, and designing the simple equipment of SPME.
