Study On The Synergistic Effects Of Medicinal Active Polysaccharides

Polysaccharides are attached more importance by people as immune curing remedy, which is becoming a researching hotspot of new remedy and health food.They have reciprocity property, and can improve effects, therefore it is great value to research polysaccharides and their biological reciprocity. We made five kinds of polysaccharides compounding , obtained seven kinds of coarse polysaccharides and judged the biological effect of polysaccharides compounds by anti-oxidation activity in vitro. The results reveal that compared with single polysaccharides, Astragalus and Codonopsis polysaccharides compounds mixed by the ratio of 1:1 has more prominent effects at a level of 48.19%(1.1mg/mL). The compounds has the best resistence effect on O2-·by the ratio of 1:4, their differences at the level of 25.51%(0.1mg/mL). The polysaccharides mixed with dried fruitbodies of Hericium erinaceus and Lentinus edodes of the ratio 1:3 can not only eliminate the OH·but also resist O2-·; compared to single polysaccharides, the difference level was improved at 36.16%(0.3mg/mL) and 32.78%(1.0mg/mL) respectively. To eliminate the two above mentioned oxygen free radical, the optinal ratio of Ganodorma Lucidum and Lycium chinensis polysaccharides compounds is 1:1; when compared with single polysaccharides , it eliminates hydroxyl free radical at 68.83%(1.1mg/mL) and resists super-oxide anion at 45.71%(1.0mg/mL). By the ratio of 1:1,Lycium chinensisan and Angelica sinensis polysaccharides ,OH·can be cleaned out mostly, the effect can be as high as 35.70%(0.3mg/mL). when the ratio being 1:3, it can result in the best effect at 24.01%(1.0mg/mL) of resisting O2-·.But the combination of Astragalus and Lycium chinensis polysaccharides compounds does not show a good synergistic effect. Considering the experimental results, we start from plant and animalcule polysaccharides'structure, pharmacological activity and the structure activity relationship of polysaccharides, with emphasis on polysaccharides'macromolecule's action in solution,chain conformation ,the characters of solution,molecular weight and polysaccharides'interaction.Combining other reports on polysaccharides compounds, we have analyzed the mixing rules of polysaccharides , and brought out five possible approaches of polysaccarides mixing. The research mainly reveals, the mixing principle to yield the synergistic effect of different polysaccharides mixed according to Chinese traditional medicine's rules; The principle of polysaccharides from different resources but with the similar main-chain and the same medicine active characters yielding synergistic effect; The principle of polysaccharides from different resources and different structure but with the same medicine active characters yielding synergetic effect; The principle of polysaccharides from the same resource and with the semblable main-chain structure and the same pharmacological active characters yielding synergetic effect; The principle of polysaccharides of different pharmacological active characters and with its ingredients synergic improving pharmacological effect. The paper has made a preliminary study on the polysaccharides mixing,bring forward five probable principles ,which has a certain academic and applied significance, also provides essential referenced values to develop new kinds of polysaccharides compounds.
