Development Of Intelligent CNC Camshaft Grinding Machine Control Software And Research On The Camshaft Grinding Experiments

As a part of the whole research subject, in order to keep the continuity, integrality and systematization of the research contents, the domestic and international development state of CNC camshaft grinding machine, the camshaft grinding and intelligent manufacturing technology are described at the beginning of this paper. According to the designing requirement of CNC camshaft grinding machine, some research results are described briefly, including the whole structure and the CNC system of the camshaft grinding machine. On the basis, the CNC camshaft grinding machine was designed by redesigning the cylindrical grinding machine, mainly including the grinding wheel shelf part redesign and manufacture, the installment of the motorized spindle, CBN grinding wheel and the grinding force real-time measurement system. By analyzing the experiment results, the CBN grinding wheel dynamic balance result, the precision of motorized spindle and the rigidity of the grinding wheel shaft are proved. In order to control the grinding force parameter, in this paper introduces the new type intelligent control method – Fuzzy Predictive control which combines the advantage of Fuzzy control and predictive control. The mechanism of the fuzzy predictive control is introduced briefly and how to established fuzzy predictive model base on the fuzzy relation and how to realize the model are introduced in details. As the summary with phased subject, this paper has also perfected and improved the processing software of the CNC camshaft grinding machine according to the operational procedure of the general CNC machining center, completed the function of the software. The camshaft grinding experiment has carried on. By analyzing the results, the previous work has proved and summarized, and offered the meaning of using for reference for follow-up work.
