| Two-sphere model of sintered neck in the initial stage of sintering was perfected, which was assumed that the diffusion mechanisms were surface diffusion, grain-boundary diffusion and coupled surface and grain-boundary diffusion. The influences of three diffusion mechanisms on sintered neck were considered. The Visual C++ was adopted to simulate the change of sintered neck, some factors such as the size of particle, sintered time, sintered temperature, dihedral angle and sintered mechanisms were considered during the simulation. The results were showed as follows:1. The sintered neck can be calculated exactly in two-sphere model which was perfected by introducing the dihedral angle under three diffusion mechanisms.2. When the size of particle, sintered time, sintered temperature were input and the equilibrium dihedral angle and sintered mechanism were selected in two-dimensional simulation, the dynamic change of sintered neck was showed. The variational shape of sintered neck in surface diffusion mechanism was continued, but the variational shape of sintered neck was not only continued change but also the center distance of the particles was contracted in grain-boundary diffusion mechanism. However, the variational shape of sintered neck in coupling diffusion mechanism was integrated two diffusion mechanisms mentioned above.3. The time from sintering initial to balance state was gained after simulation, the surplus value between variational sintered neck and equilibrium sintered neck was also obtained, and the sintered neck of coupled surface and grain-boundary diffusion mechanism was bigger than the sintered necks were simulated under other two diffusion mechamisms.4. Good agreement of the simulated result in coupling diffusion mechanism with the experimental data was obtained. The former disposed parts in three-dimensions simulated software of sintering was partly researched through combining Visual C++ and OpenGL. Three-dimension graph was put into the simulated software and operated, including graphics rotate, graphics zoom and different... |
