The technique of spouted rotating-fluidized bed imports tangential rotationalflow to normal spouted bed which enhanced the transmission process between gas andparticles. And tangential flow can intensify the roll and collisional movements of theparticles at the same time which benefits the conglobating process of granulation andcoating, increases their density as well.In this paper, both the gas and particles' velocity field of spoutedrotating-fluidized bed are analyzed with CFD software. It educes the distributingcharacters of axial, radial and tangential velocities of particles in the spoutedrotating-fluidized bed. Thereout the motion law of particles in it is elicited under thecircumstance of thin discrete phase elementarily. This paper also contains an optical projection system which combines a highspeed-camera and a planar mirror. It carries out the conversion from instantaneousplanar digital images to three dimensional coordinate during the solid particles'tracking course. Also the transform formula is educed in this paper. At the same time,a new method of tracking the movements of the particles in fluidized bed withhigh-speed camera is established. It measures and analyzes the motion of the actualparticles within the bed, makes comparison with the simulated one and finds thedifference and the way to figure it out. It also uses the experiment data to validate thesimulate results and get high consistency. The problems that should be mended andpaid attention to in future simulation are discussed. It combines the simulated resultsand the actual operation mode and brings forward the theoretical instruction forgranulation and drying in fluidized bed.
