According to the desire of processing installation drawing in oilfield surface engineering,on the basis of AutoCAD2004 platform, in Visual LISP environment, by using methods ofobject oriented programming, a software of oilfield surface engineering processing installationdrawing CAD system is developed, parametric design of elements and automatic generation ofsome other functions are realized.The protraction of processing installation drawing is a much important process in oilfieldsurface engineering. By analyzing and summarizing a mass of processing installation drawings.First, general structure and main function modules of the system are presented. Then thecustomization of user menus, toolbars and dialog boxes are discussed, some codes of which aregiven. And then the implementation of each function modules are researched. At last, the jointmethod between this system and the oilfield surface engineering CSCD system is presented.This system mainly contains four modules, such as drawing module, dimensioning module,assistant function module and document generation module. Among them the drawing modulemainly utilize parametric drawing method to draw elements and parts in installation drawing, sousers only need input the elements dimension and then the system can draw the elements inappointed position. The dimensioning module mainly completes dynamic dimensioning for thepipeline, serial number and dimension of the elements. The assistant function module mainlycompletes the search of the pipeline and elements, the automatic generation of the titles, detaillists and pipeline tables, and the foundation of user-defined drawing stock. The documentgeneration module mainly completes automatic drawing of common used documents and tablesin design, and input the documents content by means of man-machine interaction.This research has changed the additional work way of oilfield surface engineering projectdesign. It supply a more convenient and faster design mode for designer. The realization ofparametric method and the exploitation of other function have improved the design efficiency,reduced the design workload and shortened the design period. The research of this project cansupply some valuable experience for the design of oilfield surface engineering and the designmode in other relative filed, and it has some innovations.
