PIV technology has achieved popular self-identify through ten yearsdevelopment, its applied range has become wider and wider, and became a kind ofbasic test means with which people research flow field.Power-law is a kind of non-newtonian, and is used in oil field widly.But theseresearches for the flow pattern of the power-law are in theoretical research.In this paper, aiming at the difficulty of researching annulus line flow field now,experiment study for power-law flow field in annulus be done less espically. So a suitof annulus model has been designed without reference and experience, flowdeciplinarian in annulus line can be known with PIV on the equipment.Flow disciplinarian of different PH indicator polymer solution and newtonianliquid in annulus line had been studied, and found speed distributing, vortex,streamline of annulus line, analytic flow field distributing in annulus and eccentricsituation and compared the results with prevenient schloar, some results different fromprevenient results are get, shch as the relation of average velocity and maxiumvelocity is not less with the viscosity exponent under the annular line, the fluid speedaffect the relation.If the fluid speed is slow, then the law is exiting, however the fluidspeed is swift, the law isn't. And the bigger viscosity exponent is under the annularline, the easier the vortex is formed, thus some experiments must be done, so that wecan conduct research further.Through these tests in this paper, proved the feasibility of advanced PIVtechnology for the research of the non-newtonian fluid field in annular line, the viewis proposed first, supplied thinking for the tests of other fluid's flow law andaccumulated some experiences under low renold with PIV.
