| In recent years , indoor pollution is concerned increasingly by more and more people, and becomes gradually social hotspot. Indoor pollution dues to mainly plate decoration and adhesive and human activities, and it includes formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, volatile organic substances and radioactive. We usually eliminate indoor pollution through ventilation, illumination, installing purification and daubing photo-catalytic paint, and the last method is the most thorough.Photo-catalytic paint compounds nano-particles and paint components, and nano-materials have many unique nature, such as small size effects, surface effects, quantum size effects ,thereby the paint can get many unusual optical, electrical and magnetic characters .And nano-materials can increase the intensity, hardness, resistance to abrasion and scratch of paint. At the same time, the paint is active in photo-catalysis because of nano-particle in the paint.In the paper, the photo-catalysis theory of nano-TiO2 and its making and improving method is introduced. In the research, pure nano- TiO2 crystals and nano-TiO2 adulterating with different metal is made by sol-gel, using acetic acid as inhibitors, sbsolute ethy alcohol as impregnant and Ti(OC4H9)4 as premonitory. The effect to the photo-catalysis of nano-TiO2 by different metal is compared in the paper, through degrading methylene blue using device made by ourselves. Through the experiment results, the photo-catalysis of crystal of nano- TiO2 adulterating Sn made by the experimental method in the study is the best. Then the effect of adulterating with different quantity of Sn to the photo-catalysis of nano-TiO2 crystal is analyzed. And the crystal type, size and externalities of nano-TiO2 crystal and nano- TiO2 adulterating Sn crystal are shown by X-ray Diffraction.After the metal be adulterated and its quantity is confirmed, we made three kinds of paint by different methods through mixing crystal of nano- TiO2 adulterating Sn to ordinary paint. Using the device made by ourselves to degrade formaldehyde separately, the best making craft is confirmed. Changing the test conditions, the effect to efficiency of degrading formaldehyde by the initial concentration of formaldehyde, content of photo-catalyst in the paint, ultraviolet intensity, thickness of paint and other factors is researched.At last, through relevant test, we can know that the paint is good at covering and being washed, and it is water-fast, at the same time its rigidity and the lowesttemperature to become film can measure up relevant national standards. |
