Dry and semi-dry FGD technology was a new way recently,They had a convenient process and no contaminated water,but the yield of the flue gas desulfurization outgrowthed was higher,which was formed of calcium sulfite remainder desulfurizor and flyash mostly.Now the research on the slag was few,So how to use the ash efficiently was an important to be resolved issue ,meanwhile was a key factor restrainted the development of relvent FGD technology. In this paper,it was a systematical study on composing, structure, performance of physical and chemical of gas desulfurization. They were from Hengyun in Guangzhou,Qingshan in Wuhan,Xiaguan in Nanjing and Shihua in Wuhan. Chemical analysis,X-ray Diffraction,Scanning Electron Microscope and Malvern Particle Size Analysis were be used to study the Phase Composition, structural feature and chemical activity of several gas desulfurization.. It was discussed the stability of calcium sulfite in the effection of different factors emphasisly.According to characteristics of different gas desulfurization,the most aspect of utilization used was be confirmed.It was studied that Shihua gas desulfurization riched in slfur and calcium was used as cement batching and cement raw material and the three types of as desulfurization from Hengyun,Qingshan,Xiaguan was used as activity of cement admixture.It was resulted that Shihua gas desulfurization had a certain mineralization effection on Portland clinker.When the content was fitting,the firing temperature could be discreased and the quality of clinker was improved.When limestone and gypsum were replaced with gas desulfurization ,the content of gas desulfurization in raw materials could exceed 50% and superior clinker could be prepared.The particles of the three types of as desulfurization from Hengyun,Qingshan,Xiaguan were small,the granularity of 50% particles was smaller than 10μm. Their specific surface area was large,and they had certain hydration activity.When they were used as activity of cement admixture to be added single,the efficiency was approximate to that of the second class flyash. If they were added into clinker with powdered blastfurnace,the efficiency was better especially in folding strength.Although the gas desulfurization from Hengyun and Qingshan were both to type of calcium sulfite,the properties of them were different because of the difference of their component.The former had better delayed coagulation action than the that of latter.The performance of calcium sulfite in the dry gas desulfurization was stabler than the wet one.When they were treated with hydrogen peroxide of 3%~8%,the part of calcium sulfite could be oxided.
