Metal circular saws are widely used in section rolling shops and hot extrusion shops. Saw works on saw blade. On the process of sawing, the problems of wear of saw-teeth of dentate saws and vibration and concussion of saw blade and noises of sawing are obvious. In order to improve productivity, we ought to improve speed of sawing. However, High-speed sawing engenders concussion and vibration of saw blade which will short service life and bring on radiation noises and wide and lean cut and reduce quality of sawing blades .The Sources of sawing noises are many aspects, in which noises brought on vibration and concussion and noises brought on vibration on the process of sawing are primary.In order to reduce vibration between roller pieces and saw blades on the process of sawing, we need reducing noises radiation. Saw machine parameters on the process of sawing are analyzed in the paper, in which analyzing influence of sawing position on sawing stroke, sawing productivity, sawing force and sawing stability. When having any effect on productivity, we find reasonable sawing position and optimize sawing way of saw machine at the target of sawing stability on the process of sawing.In the paper, in order to reduce vibration on the process of sawing rolled pieces and saw blade, I analyze the process of sawing in detail, analyze stress of the point of saw-teeth on finite element. By changing the number of saw-teeth and the front angle of saw-teeth and the angle of the point of saw tooth, I sum up the rules of sawing force of the point of saw-teeth and sawing stress with the change of saw-teeth parameters, get perfect tooth shape parameters by optimization at the target function of smaller sawing force and sawing stress and reasonable stress distributing. In order to realize the target that concussion between saw blade and rolled pieces reducing noises radiation and prolongservice life of saw blade, at the same time, in the paper, the mechanism of bring on sawing noises has been discussed. Adopting new technology that enclosure is made use in the metal disc saw in order to reduce noises, analyze feasibility in the theory, at last, I prove the method is feasible by the experiments and achieve success of reducing sawing noises in the actual application.
