| Rensent years, there are more and more attentions to focus on the food pollution caused by veterinary residues. This problem not only is closely related with the public health, but also influences the economic benefits and international trade directly. But the trace amount, dynamic state, the large density movement scope of target analytes and complicated matrix make the determination of veterinary residues very difficult and complex. With continuously optimization and gradually perfection of the various analytical instrumental, the determination work of veterinary residues was gradually simplified. So the sample preparation has become the key step in the procedure of veterinary residues analysis. SPE technique can not only be used for the extraction of trace analytes from the complicated sample, but also used for cleaning and condensing or enriching the analytes, so the SPE has become the essential technique in sample preparation of veterinary residues analysis. This paper studied on the application of solid extract technique combined with high performance liquid chromatography in the analysis of several kinds of veterinary drugs. It consists of five chapters and as follows:In Chapter one introduced the principle and development of SPE, and summarized the actuality and progress on application of SPE-HPLC in the veterinary residues analysis. In Chapter two, a method was developed for the simultaneous determination of theseven nitroimidazoles including metronidazole (MNZ), ronidazole (RNZ), dimetridazole (DMZ), tinidazole (TNZ), ornidazole (ONZ), secnidazole (SNZ) and the common metabolite of RNZ and DMZ-hydroxydimetridazole (DMOHZ) in poultry and pork muscle by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with SPE technique. In Chapter three, an optimized procedure was proposed to rapidly analyze the residues of closantle in animal tissues and milk by HPLC with SPE technique. In Chapter four, a multiresidues analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of thirteen of the most used sulfonamides including sulfadiazine, sulfathiazole,... |
