| For this subject, we invent a new composite connection technology, which is a combo of mechanical connection and galling.This new type of joint method can be used to the joint of internal liner of window and door in automobile. The old joint method is lap joint-adhensive which has low adhensive strength and poor aging-resistance properties.Mosaic and adhensive interacted used in this study .Not only improving the strength of adhensive, but also enhancing the properties of aging-resistance.So this paper's works include:First, Aluminum alloy LF5, which has a lower density and higher strength than pure aluminum, great seawater corrosive resistance, upstanding polishing ability and favorable plastic working ability, was chosen to be joining matrix material.Secondly, Sound mould was designed to make chosen composite connection joint. Chromic acid anodizing was used to sample's surface treatment.Once again, There were three kind of binder: US made Loctite 324, home-made SL105 and home-made WD1001 acrylate structure binder. Metallic phase of joining interface was analyzed. It shows that there were multiform galling phenomena in the joint. Through comparison among the tensile results, The joint tensile strength could be the best.Finally, Salt-spray fog aging test and seawater bathing aging test were used to do accelerated ageing test. The joints connected by Loctite 324 show 7.7% drop of shear strength in salt-spray fog aging test, but the shear strength show 5.7% drop of shear strength in seawater bating aging test. |
