In recent years, with the development of environmental protection movement andproposing of sustainable development thought, the people make an attempt at bringing theenvironment essential factor into the national economy calculation system. It has become theGDP which deducted environment cost in economic activity, namely green GDP, and theappraisal of ecosystem service value is a key to the green GDP computation.This text regards the remote sensing and the geographic information system as the maintechnological means. Using 3 times LandsatTM data of 1986, 1996 and 2001, and unifyingthe land utilization and the vegetation situation of the region, The Yellow River delta area isdivides into 10 kinds of landscapes type. They are the river or reservoir or drainage or ditch,bare beach, forest land, swampy ground, bush or grass, shrimp or crab field, salt field, reedfield, farmland and the building. It analyzes dynamic evolution of various landscape typesduring three time intervals.The Yellow River Delta is the state-level nature protection area, and the contradictionbetween development and protection is extremely incisive. Researching this area wetlandecology service value, is helpful to appraise the achievements of this area ecology protection,and lays the foundation of the macro-scientific policy-making. The result will be an importantreference value to this area green GDP. At first, this article analyzes ecosystem type of theYellow River Delta and the characteristic of ecosystem service. It takes the Yellow RiverDelta landscape ecological type as the appraisal unit, and estimates its ecosystem servicevalue. First of all, it use the parameter of Constanza to try the appraisal of the Yellow Riverdelta ecosystem service value, and it will have a reference and comparison to behind appraisalresult. The Yellow River delta wetland function main performance for 8 main types ofecosystem service, including physical production, water resources, leisure entertainment, gasadjustment function, flood controlling, purification, biological habitat and culture service andso on. It uses a series of econometrics method ,such as the market value method, shadowproject method, travel allowance usage, the opportunity cost method and so on, estimating thevalue of Yellow River Delta. The result shows that the total value of ecosystem service inYellow River Delta area is 14.766 billion Yuan (in 2001 price). It is about 29.4percent of theGDP of Dongying the year.Finally, it analyzes the Yellow River Delta ecosystem service function and its value.According to population, social, economics, resources and its present environment situation ofDongying city, it maintains balance of the wetland ecosystem, and protects wetland functionand the biological multiplicity, and improves water environment. It takes resources sustainableas the basic starting point, persisting the policy of" comprehensive protection, prior ecology,prominent key, reasonable use, continues developing", providing the science reference for theYellow River Delta in land development plan. |
