By anoding, porous Aluminum oxide (AAO) film is prepared on the surface of Aluminum and its alloy. Color the surfaces of AAO film by different methods , prepare the protective and decorative film and greatly increase its application. Generally the methods of coloring are electrolytic coloring method, whole coloring method , chemical dyeing method and electrophretic coating method. By electrolytic coloring method, AAO film has good corrosion resistance and lightfastness property, but has some disadvantages, for example tone flat, dim color and not vivid . By the whole coloring method , AAO film has excellent corrosion resistance ,wet resistance and lightfastness .Besides tone variety can be changed by choosing proper alloy composition and adjusting anoding technics parameters, but its film has some disvantages, for example litile tone variety, not vivid color and consuming energy much. By chemical dyeing method(organic coloring), the technics is simple and the operation is convenient and the color is vivid.But the most disvantage is that the film has unperfect lightfastness and weatherability,unsuitable for outdoor application. By the electrophretic coating method, perepare the glossy, translucent film or sub-extinction coating, and the film has some decorative property.But it has weak corrosion resistance , low electrophretic penetrability and the anodic ferric ion contaminates the lacquer film .In this paper ,study a new coloring AAO film method: by chemical synthetical(synthesized in-situation)method,prepares big framework ,high symmetry,many amino organic colorant -phenylazomalonalide on the AAO film.By the method ,make it be perfect decorative f i lm.The point in the research :let the conincidence component of phenylazomalonalide which has big framework and doesn't color AAO film bychemical dyeing method act with AAO film in advance, make the molecule fix in the film pore , then act with the diazo component (aniline derivatives) of phenylazomalonalide,prepare phenylazomalonalide colorant by acting in-situation and form the AAO mulriple coloring film. The concrete contents of this research are as follows:1) Synthesize conincidence component of phenylazomalonaliderthree malonamide derivatives2) Synthesize the phenylazomalonalide and the derivatives ,and character their structures3) Study the technics of forming the AAO film suitable for phenylazomalonalide synthesizing in-situation4) Study the technics of phenylazomalonalide coloring on the AAO film and test the AAO film propertiesSynthesizing organic colorant in the AAO film is an original assume and no articles report closely-related contents. The study results show that the AAO film made by the method has lightfastness, corrosion resistance and vivid color suitable for decoration and protection providing a new method for AAO coloring application.
