The application of ESP is very popularization in the aspect of great industry soot treatment in China. The great of ripe experiences for design, suing and maintenance of ESP are gathered for every walk of life. But at present, ESP technology faces great challenge. With improvement of the standard of living, more strict stardard will be promulgated in our country. The discharge guideline of dust content in waste gas has advanced in environment protect law, and it has the current of more advance. So it is more important that the effect of soot granularity to the environment quality and ESP reconstruct is studied.Firstly, Becomed mechanism of fly ash are studied in Burnable process, fly ash relate to Mineral material, Becomed mechanism of submicrometer particles.Secondly, an software are maked use of Visual C++ for particle size distribution of fly ash in the coal-fired power plant are introduced, It can draw the curve of Lognormal Probability distribution and Rosin-Rammler distribution fastly.Finally, the particle size distribution of fly ash of Electrostatic Precipitators are studied baced on the software. Experiment are used of Bahco Analytical instrument.
