By the method of melt-blending , SBS/ nano-CaCO3 Blends , ABS/ nano-CaCO3 blends, PP/ nano-CaCO3 blends, PP/ MMT blends and SBS/ MMT blends were prepared. The mechanical properties of the blends were tested, the effect of aging on polymer/ MMT blends were discussed and the effect of annealing process on PP/ nano-CaCO3 Blends' properties was also been investigated.The tensile strength, rheological property, wear resistence and flame retardance of SBS/ nano-CaCO3 blends were tested; investigated the cooperative toughening effect of POE, EVA and nano-CaCO3 particles to ABS matrix; The effects of nano-CaCO3 to the dispersion of dispersed phase were discussed on the basis of PCM; the impact strength, tensile strength and bending strength of PP/ MMT blends were tested; the micro-structure of fracture surfaces and dispersion of nano-CaCO3 particles were studied by SEM and TEM; investigated the polymer/ MMT blends'...
