Metallic complex formed by many kinds of mercaptan as Ugands have attracted extensive attentions in the fields of coordination chemistry, biochemistry, design of medicines and material science, due to their novel structures and unique functions. My works are as follows.1. By changing different reaction condition, a series of metal-sulfer clusters were synthesized with many kinds of mercaptan as ligands. Moreover, their productivity is higher than before. In other words, I found better ways to compose metal-sulfer clusters. By analogous methods, tow kinds of metal-sulfer clusters were synthesized with mercapto dimethymethane as ligands. It is amazed that these two compounds have same molecular formula but dissimilar crystal lattice parameters, so they are named isomeric compounds. The six crystals are cultivated from those compounds and charactered by many analytical measures. Under the basic environment, metallic complex was synthesized by linear mercapto alkane reacting with metallic ion. They were double crowns hexad-nucleus clusters.2. With 2-mercaptobenzothiazole as ligands, a double-nucleus clusters [Pd2(C7H4NS2)4] was obtained, which structure was characterized by IR, UV, X-ray diffraction analysis and fluorescence analysis.The result showed that its fluorescence was strong.3. The synthesis condition of bisulfide was summarized and three crystals were obtained. Dibenzothiazole disulfide was studied its electrochemistry property and quantum chemical calculation. Vibrational frequency, Electronic spectroscopy, Thermodynamic calculation were further studied.
