| In 21 century, the energy sources and environmental problems will be the great task we meeting. So efficient using of solar light not only solves the problem of exhausted energy sources but also eases up the global environmental polluted problems caused by CO2 and NOx TiO2 photocatalyst can eventually lead to mineralization of the organic pollution into H2O and CO2 by transforming solar energy to chemical energy. Solar photocatalytic degradation is a kind of environmental friendly technology of wastewater treatment.Basing on the present situation of dyeing water pollution, we studied the preparation of coated TiO2 films, designed a solar photocatalytic degradation reactor of dyeing-wastewater and used solar photocatalysis degrading some representative dyeing-wastewaters.In this study, we prepared the TiO2 sol-gel by using tetrabutyl titanium as precursor. The Tio2 films were immobilized on the glass springs' surface by dip-coating method. The structure and surface morphology of Tio2 films were investigated by means of DSC-TG XRD, UV-VIS SEM and AFM. Using solar photocatalytic degradation reactor, we degraded two representative dyes. The results showed as follows:1. The storage stability of the TiO2 sol-gel is perfect. TiO2 sol-gel can be used to prepare coated TiO2 films.2. The TiO2 films are lubricous, uniform and transparent. The particle size is approximately 50nm in diameter and coated TiO2 film thickness is approximately 300nm.3. Dead-weight capacity of TiO2 photocatalysts is 3.34 mg/g and abrasion rate of TiO2 films is 0.16%. |
