Effects Of Structure Relax On Refractive Index During Glass Annealling

We have studied the influence on the refractive index of optical glass containing Titanium mass following heat-treatment. We detect the variety of the optical of glass refractive index both under different times and temperatures of heat-preservation ,and under different heat-treatment blow-off velocity.the study of the relationship between the refractive index and correlation parameter include times and temperatures of heat-preservation,etc.The results indicate that the refractive index of the glass is minished along with the increase of the heat-preservation times and temperatures. And the sample size also affect the results. So the variety of refractive index of the glass containing Titanium mass is affected by many factors ,and is determined by the glass's structure relax .Based on the results and the analysis,we have made certain the arts of this kind of glass,and made sure the consistency of refractive index in manufacture and usages.
