Atrazine-metal (Pb, Cd and Zn) interaction was systematically studied in the thesis with the maize plant.The contents and conclusions of the research as follows:1. Different effects were showed of Atrazine-metals (Pb, Cd and Zn) interaction on the growth maize. The inhibitory effect was intensity of ATR/Pb and ATR/Cd, but at 1.0/0.5~ 1.0/1.0μM of concentration of ATR/Cd, there was little stimulative effect insteading of no inhibitory effect on growth of maize. The interaction between zinc and atraczine at 1.0/0.5~ 1.0/1.0μM accelerated the growth of maize. The inhibitory effect of ATR/Zn is smaller than ATR/Pb and ATR/Cd at 1.0/2.0μM of Atrazine-metals (Pb, Cd and Zn).2. Results showed that the interaction of ATR/Pb and ATR/Cd accelerated the growth of maize at 1.0/0.5μM of Atrazine-metals (Pb, Cd and Zn) in nutrition solution, Moreover, the simulative effect of ATR/Cd is bigger than that of ATR/Pb. When the concentration of ATR/Pb and ATR/Cd was 1.0/1.0μM, inhibitory effect was showed, and at this moment, the inhibitory of ATR/Cd is bigger than that of ATR/Pb, furthermore the trend is increasing. The inhibitory effect is more evident at1.0/2.0μM of ATR/Pb and ATR/Cd. In the treatment of ATR/Zn, the growth of maize root is acceleratied atl.0/1.0μM~1.0/2.0μM. The mechanism of maize shoot was same as that of maize root.3. The interaction among ATR/Pb, ATR/Cd and ATR/Zn, absorption of Zn2+, Pb2+and Cd2+ in the maize was increasing with the increase of concentration of Zn2+, Pb2+and Cd2+ in nutrition solutions. The order of absorption quantity was: Zn>Pb>Cd. When the concentrstion of ATR/Zn and ATR/Pb changed from 1.0/0μM to 1.0/0.5μM, Zn absorption in the maize was the same as Cd.Comparatively, metals accumulated in maize shoots were showed: Zn2+>Pb2+ and Cd2+, which were much bigger than that of maize roots. When the treatment of ATR/Pb was 1.0/1.0μM, concentration of Pb2+ had a samall fluctuation in maize root. As a whole, maize uptake Pb2+ was increasing, but it was smaller than uptake of Zn2+ by maize root. The trend went on all the times, uping to the concentration of atrazine-metal Pb2+was at 1.0/2.0μM.
