The chromone is a kind of secondary metabolic plant Which has bioactivity. Chromones not only extracted from natural products,but also synthesized by mankind,play an important role in chemistry.In order to study the improvement of the bioactivity of chromones,chemists have found that chromones linking glycosyl and heterocyclic framework have more widely bioactivity,especially the ones at C-3 position,which have very strong functions to anti-tumour,anti-bacterial,anti-virus. So,leading other groups,such as heterocyclic framework,to chromone,is always a hot issue in chromone research.Here,we have induced chromon-3-yl to quinoline, prydine,ozlactone,alanine,and get three series of new compounds.The structures of new compounds have been confirmed by date elemental analysis,lH NMR,IR and MS spectra.The main works in this paper 1. Substituted 3-formylchromones reacted with dimedone,ammonium acetate, ethyl acetoacetate to give a series of new 4-(chromon-3-y1)-3-etroxylcarbony-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-5-OXO-2,7,7,-trimethy lquinoline. 2. Substituted 3-formylchromones reacted with ammonium acetate,ethyl acetoacetate to give corresponding 2,6-dimethyl-4-(chromon-3-y1)-3 ,5-diethoxylearbonyl-1,4-dihydroprydies. 3. Substituted 3-formylchromones reacted with hippuric acid to give a series of new chromon-3-yl azlactones,which underwent hydrolysis to affordβ-(substitutedchromon-3-y1)-a-alanine derivativesThe innovations of the thesis are based on the follows: 1. Reaction of Substituted 3-formylchromones reacted with dimedone.ammonium acetate,ethyl acetoacetate by heating and refluxing with alcohol,The reactions were completed with 4~5 hours giving good yield. 2. Reaction of Substituted 3-formylchromones reacted with ammonium acetate,ethyl acetoacetate by heating and refluxing with alcohol gave corresponding2 , 6-dimethyl-4-(chromon-3-y1)-3 , 5-diethoxylearbonyl-1 ,4-dihydr oprydies. 3. Substituted 3-formylchromones reacted with hippuric acid to give codensed compounds which underwent hydrolysis to affordβ-(substitutedchromon-3-y1) -α-alanine derivatives...
