| This thesis researches into the nutrition components of Carya cathayensis Sarg. Conditions of the oil extraction from Carya cathayensis Sarg seed kernel by No. 6 impregnant oil extraction, SFE and squeeze technique are discussed respectively. The content and results of this thesis are described as following:The nutrition components of seed kernel of Carya cathayensis Sarg are analyzed first in this thesis, experiment results show that the primary nutrition component of seed kernel of Carya cathayensis Sarg are:moisture,7.59%,crude protein,20.70%,crude fat,67.99%, amino acids, 27.85g/100g. Most of the familiar amino acids are found in the protein of Carya cathayensis Sarg seed kernel. The glutamic acid component is highest, which is 5.696g/100g. The arginine acid content is 3.897g/100g.Lipid of Jinzhai hickory nut is study in this paper. Through the analysis of orthogonalization test, it is discuss on the effect of different solvent, soaking temperature, the time of soaking and the oil productive rate of the hickory nut to the volume of solvent. The results indicated that the time of soaking and the kind of impregnant had the most influence on the percent content and efficiency of lipid extraction. But the temperature and the oil productive rate of the hickory nut to the volume of solvent had little influence on the percent content and efficiency of lipid extraction. Among the test, No. 6 impregnant oil is the best extraction solvent, and the percent content and efficiency of lipid extraction reached 67.64% and 94.09%. The best method of extracting the seed kernel oil of Carya cathayensis Sarg by No.6 impregnant oil extraction is: distilling temperature,40, solvent ratio,1:10,and extraction time,21h.In this experiment No.6 impregnant oil is the best solvent of high oil plants. No. 6 impregnant oil is the best extraction solvent, and the oil productive rate and efficiency of lipid extraction reached 67.64% and 94.09% in hickory nut of Jinzhai. But n-hexane is the best extraction solvent in low oil plants, and the oil productive rate and efficiency of lipid extraction reached 19.33% and 96.03% in soybean.The results indicated that by No. 6 impregnant oil extraction, SFE and squeeze technique are three kinds of distilling in hickory nut. There are nine kinds of fatty acid in the oil extracted by SFE and squeeze technique. There are eleven kinds of fatty acid in the oil extracted by No. 6 impregnant oil. There are tridecanol, myristic acid , hexadecenoic acid , 9,12-octadecadicnoic acid and eicosanoic acid in the fatty acid oil of Carya cathayensis Sarg. |
