| The developing process of the Computer Assisted Instruction and the characters of the current multimedia softwares were discussed in this thesis. Three instruction theories, domestic coursewares surveys were given. Authorware was introduced in detail. By integrating the advantages of chemical MCAI courseware in the world, a chromatography courseware, a capillary chromatography courseware and an instrumental analysis testing courseware were designed and built up.Instrumental Analysis testing courseware has high interaction that after names and passwords inputted the answers could be inputted and modified through keyboard or mouse. The answer could be saved in text files, in favor of student management. Furthermore, the interface is good-looking and attractive, in favor of triggering student enthusiasm.In Capillary chromatography and GS-experiment-simulating courseware two virtual reality scenes are laid out with text, pictures, graphics, cartoons. With Authorware the operating experiment process is simulated, for example, opening carrier gas, adjusting carrier gas flux, clicking inflaming button and igniting FID hydrogen flame, dragging injecting-sample gizmo and achieving one injecting-sample operating, giving warn in error operating etc. At the same time, distributing device principle, chromatography-separating theories are displayed with cartoons.
