Based on the need of exploitation of functional food with either anti-fatigue or anti-hypoxia function, this paper used beeswax as raw material, and adopted some technics including saponification, extraction and crystallization, to introduce octacosanol extractants, the purities of which were 22.44%, 33.72% and 41.86%. And the optimal technics parameters for every single operation were ascertained in this paper. The research on anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia functions of octacosanol extractants and the relativity of which with the purities of octacosanol extractants were carried out in this paper, which depended on the target related to creatural action and biochemistry. The results as below:1) The extracting rate, melting point and saponification value of refined beeswax were 91.13%, 6369°C, 107.77 mgKOH/g respectively.2) The effect of time, temperature, excessive value of KOH and the rate of beeswax to ethanol on saponification rate were ascertained in experimentation. The saponification rate was synchronizing changed with the increase of one of time, excessive value of KOH and the rate of beeswax to ethanol. The saponification rate was improved with the increase of temperature to some extent, but when the temperature exceeded 90°C, the saponification rate was reduced with the increase of temperature. The optimal technique conditions were determined: the saponification time was 4h, the saponification temperature was 90°C, the excessive value of KOH was 48.39%, and the rate of beeswax to ethanol was 6 115. Under this conditions, the saponification rate was 93.97%.3) The optimal operation technics of calcification were determined. The end product of saponification of 1g beeswax reacted with 0.7mL CaCl2 solution (ethanol as the solvent) , at 90°C for 2h to produce 1.31g calcified product.4) The optimal parameters of extracting high-carbon aliphatic alcohols were determined: the solvent was acetone, the temperature was 65°C, the rate of calcified product to solvent was 30/250(g/ml) , the time was 11h. Under this conditions, the extracting rate of high-carbon aliphatic...
