In recent years,the ultrasonic theories and its application become a hot research topoc in the field of the international science and technology .And now ,its theory and application results flow out continuously .In the field of mechanical manufacture,the technologies have already appeared,of the ultrasonic drilling,the ultrasonic cut,the ultrasonic grinding and the ultrasonic honing etc..The ultrasonic honing has the high efficiency and good surface quality,and still has the characteristics of the small honing force,the quick grinding speed,the low temperature ,the strong tool renovation ability and the long life etc.In the process of the traditional gear honing , the meshing movement between the tool and the gear, basically can't carry out the cutting speed of hard gear honing .It suppresses the advantage of the honing. If the ultrasonic theories are applied to the craft of the hard gear honing , making use of the axial vibration with its high frequency ,it will raise the honing speed.So the...
