Based on spiral air-flow finishing process, the purpose of the research isto empolder a new technology-liquid-particle two phase spiral flowfinishing process, the elements is to form spiral liquid-flow in the holes, consequently, the abrasive particles are propelled by the spiral liquid-flow, moving spirally clinching to the hole surface in high speed. Thus, they can obtain mechanical energy transformed from kinetic energy for finishing, and then the quality of the hole surface is improved. It will supply a gap to technology in existence if successfully researched. The liquid-particle two-phase spiral flow finishing process is more intense than the air spiral flow, so the abrasive particles have much more machining power.This studies concentrate to the following researches: expatiating traditional technology of hole finishing; the mechanism of forming spiral flow; its characteristic to attenuate; and about some equipment to form spiral flow.
