Due to the limit of its properties and technology, the anti-corrosion property of the conventional coating to metal is not very ideal. And lots of the coatings contain poisonous matters that may pollute the environment. So the exploration of green coating becomes one of the targets of the corrosion protection field.Polyaniline has attracted many research groups due to its special properties such as good chemical and environmental stability, low cost and it is easy to synthesize among conducting polymers. Polyaniline has a wide range of applications and one of its applications is corrosion protection. The new research displays that the polyaniline coating, as a kind of novel anti-corrosion material, is thought of an important material by more and more people and it will become one of the most important fields of conductive polyaniline. In this paper doped and undoped polyaniline were synthesized using chemical method. By XRD analysis, the crystalline structure of Polyanilne synthesized under different factors could be obtained, and the structures of doped and undoped polyaniline were characterized using FT-IR.
