| Most of Chinese bauxite is diaspore bauxite, the ratio of aluminum to silicon is less seven in eighty percent. It do not apply to Bayer process, but adopting the sintering process or the consociation process is high energy-consuming. Thus, it is necessary to intensify to using middling- low grade of bauxite in order to remain our country continuing-development ability. Adopting Bayer-mineral processing method can deal with middling- low grade bauxite economically. Bayer-mineral processing method is a method to add mineral techniques to Bayer process. In the course of mill run, in order to change exterior physical chemistry quality of mineral, increase or decrease floatation ability of mineral , many floatation medicaments were used, most of floatation medicament are floating collector, researching found that some floating collector can enter next process following extractive mine, whether they have effect on sodium aluminate solution seed decomposition become a focus problem which has been paid attention to by the experts of alumina industry.In the paper ,we study effect of the long-hydricarbon chain fatty acid collector (PS) on physical properties of sodium aluminate solution(αk=1.55, CAO =160.0g/L), seed precipitation, quality of product, and aggregate kinetic equation of sodium aluminate solution.Form the study ,we find that: the content of PS is less than 40mg/L, viscosity and interfacial tension of sodium aluminate solution decreases rapidly with the content increasing of PS; the content of PS is more than 40mg/L, viscosity increases ,interfacial tension keep invariability; electric conductivity increases with the content increasing of PS.The content of PS is less than 40mg/L, the precipitation ratio increase with the content increasing of PS, it promotes precipitation of sodium aluminate solution; the content of PS is more than 40mg/L, the precipitation ratio decreases with the content increasing of PS. the content of PS reach 120mg/L, the precipitation ratio is less than... |
