The result also indicates the annual ecological evaluation of the Beijing-Tianjing Sand Source Control Project in ZhenLan County is 939185.1 thound yuan, and the rate of input-output is 1:6.54. At the same time, this research also finds out that some problems exsting in the implement and manegment in the project. For example, the development of following up industries is relatively lagging, and the rate of using projets results is low, and the manegment of project is loose, and the phenomenon of damage exists and so on. Aiming at these problems, the article raises some suggestions: strengthening the development of following up industries, improving the rate of using projets results, reinforcing the construction of ecological manegment in the two level of county and village, reinforcing system of fund manement and supervisment, strengthening the support of science and technology, reinforcing the content of science and technology and so on. These suggestions is aimed to ensure the implement of the project.
